     Program Manager as per the following criteria:

    • strong banking and program management experience
    • solid experience in Business/ Support transformation
    • Track record in change management and process reengineering
    • have worked with leading banks and/or consulting firms
    • 8-10 years in banking and project management
    • Certification in banking IT/ Operations is a plus
    • PMP/PMI certified
    • Philippine nationality

     Senior Business Analysts as per the following criteria:

    • strong banking and business analysis experience
    • have worked with leading banks and/or consulting firms
    • 5-6 years in banking
    • Business/ Support transformation experience is a plus
    • solid SDLC experience
    • Philippine nationality

     Senior Credit Analysts as per the following criteria:

    • Very strong banking and credit analysis experience
    • have worked with leading banks
    • 7-8 years
    • Philippine nationality

     Project Managers as per the following criteria:

    • strong banking and project management experience
    • Process reengineering experience
    • Good experience in IT and Operation transformation
    • Knowledge in the corporate performance management methods
    • have worked with leading banks and/or consulting firms
    • 6-8 years in banking and project management
    • Certification in banking IT/ Operations is a plus
    • PMP/PMI certified
    • Philippine nationality
